When your clients are your top priority, you have to really get to know them.
So, after a client is introduced to us, we take the time to understand their personal circumstances as well as their financial position and ambitions. (As a family concern with a strong entrepreneurial streak, we already have much in common with many of our clients.)
RSQ is a tight-knit group; we largely avoid home working, believing the office is the best place to concentrate on our clients’ needs.
Each client has a named adviser they can contact at any time. While online meetings have their place we prefer to meet face to face. Whichever, the important thing is that regular reviews take place to cover changing situations and aspirations.
Our aim is to respond to all client requests within two hours, with the target of resolving most the same day. If it is something more time consuming we keep our clients constantly up-to-date.
From experience we know clients often do not have the time to deal with the day-to-day management of their finances. They have come to see us as ‘the right people to sort things out’.
It’s a trusted role that we take pride in and one our clients appreciate. Which, we find, makes for a richer experience for all.
